CHARTER POLICIES

Coach Seating Capacity: C & H Bus Lines offers 55 and 47 passenger coaches. All coaches have the same standard amenities.  Please refer to the fleet tab for the list of amenities.
 

Payments: Deposits and balances are due by the date specified on the agreement. A coach is not reserved until the deposit is received. The minimum deposit is 10% of the charter price or $100 whichever is greater.
 

Payment Methods:  Cash, checks, money orders, and credit cards are acceptable payment methods. Please make checks payable to C & H Bus Lines.

 

Credit Card Payments: An additional 3.5% service fee is applied to all credit card transactions.


Refunds: Full refunds will be given if cancellation is received two weeks prior to departure date.  Cancellations made less than two weeks to two days will receive a refund minus 10% of the charter total or $150.00 (greater of the two).  Cancellations made less than 24 hours will forfeit the entire trip cost and will not receive a refund. 
 

One Day Trips: Day trips consist of 12 hours. Trips exceeding 12 hours are subject to an additional $50 per hour overtime fee.



Charter Party Responsibilities: When applicable the charter party is responsible for parking charges, tolls, port fees and the driver’s accommodations. The charter party is to provide one room per driver.



Amenities: There is no charge for our standard amenities. In the event an amenity does not work, there will be no refunds or discounts. 



Damage to coach: Any damage to the motorcoach caused by a member of the charter party is the responsibility of the charter party.
